Caring for your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself or your loved one. I provide compassionate, person-centred support for individuals living with mental health challenges, dementia, and physical care needs.

Mental Health Support

I offer understanding, non-judgemental support for those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health challenges. My focus is on building trust, promoting resilience, and helping individuals regain confidence and stability in their lives.


Dementia Care

Living with dementia can be overwhelming — both for the individual and their family. I provide structured, compassionate support tailored to each person’s needs, helping to maintain independence, routine, and quality of life while offering reassurance and guidance to loved ones.


Physical Support

From assistance with daily living activities to mobility support and companionship, I provide reliable, respectful care that promotes safety, comfort, and independence in the home.


My commitment is simple: to provide thoughtful, dependable support that enhances wellbeing and preserves dignity at every stage of life.

I combine hands‑on experience with specialist mental health training, including:

• Level 3 Level 4 and Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care.
 

Additionally, I have completed extensive training in:

• Mental Health Awareness

• Mental Health First Aid

• STORM Training (crisis response & self-harm awareness)

• WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning)

• Medication Training

• Competency Assessments

• CBT Training

• Psychology Training

• Dementia Awareness Training

• All SHSCT Mandatory Training

My approach is rooted in dignity, respect and genuine human connection, as I believe support should feel warm, reassuring, and tailored to each individual unique needs and ensuring that it’s all about person-centred support.
