Welcome
Caring for your wellbeing—or the wellbeing of someone you love—is one of the most important investments you can make.
At Gentle Home Support NI, I provide compassionate, person-centred, one-to-one support for individuals living with mental health challenges, dementia, additional needs, and physical health conditions.
I understand that every person is unique. That’s why every support plan is tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, interests and abilities. Whether you’re looking for companionship, emotional support, practical help around the home, or assistance to remain independent within your community, my approach is always centred around dignity, respect, kindness and compassion.
My aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where every individual feels valued, listened to and empowered to live life as independently and confidently as possible.
Mental Health Support
Living with mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but no one should have to face them alone. I provide compassionate, non-judgemental support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood, social isolation, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental health challenges. Together, we focus on building confidence, developing healthy routines, reducing isolation and supporting emotional wellbeing at a pace that feels right for each person.
Additional Needs Support
I provide personalised support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other additional needs, helping each individual develop independence, confidence and life skills while respecting their choices, abilities and goals.
Support may include developing daily routines, accessing the community, attending appointments, shopping, social activities, building confidence, maintaining a safe home environment and encouraging meaningful participation in everyday life. Every individual is supported in a way that promotes inclusion, independence and a fulfilling quality of life.
Dementia Support
Living with dementia can be challenging for both the individual and those closest to them. I offer gentle, person-centred support tailored to each stage of the dementia journey, helping individuals maintain familiar routines, independence and meaningful daily activities.
Using patience, reassurance and a calm approach, I strive to create positive experiences while providing families with peace of mind that their loved one is receiving compassionate, consistent support.

Whether recovering from illness, living with a long-term condition or simply needing an extra helping hand, I provide reliable support that promotes comfort, safety and independence at home.
Support may include companionship, meal preparation, light household tasks, assistance with daily routines, mobility encouragement, attending appointments, community outings, shopping and practical day-to-day support—all delivered with kindness, respect and dignity.
