💛 1:1 Mental Health & Emotional Support

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, isolated, or simply not yourself?

You don’t have to go through it alone.

We provide calm, confidential, one-to-one emotional support for adults experiencing mental health challenges. Our role is to offer compassionate, non-clinical support that promotes wellbeing, confidence, and independence.

What We Provide:

● Encouragement to build confidence and independence

🌈 Additional Needs Support

We provide person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other additional needs. Every individual is unique, so we tailor our support around each person’s strengths, goals, abilities, and preferences.

Support May Include:

● Developing daily living skills and routines

● Community access and social inclusion

● Support with shopping, appointments, and activities

● Meaningful companionship

We provide patient, compassionate support that helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and familiar within their own home while offering reassurance and peace of mind to their families.

Our Dementia Support Includes:

It is designed to promote emotional wellbeing, independence, confidence, physical wellbeing, and quality of life through compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s unique needs, abilities, and goals.

Support is delivered with kindness, dignity, respect, and confidentiality, ensuring every individual feels valued, listened to, and supported.


Purpose of the Service

The 8-hour support package is designed to:

● Promote emotional wellbeing and positive mental health

● Provide compassionate support for individuals living with dementia

● Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs

● Promote physical wellbeing and independence with everyday living

● Reduce loneliness and social isolation

● Encourage confidence, routine, and meaningful daily activities

● Support individuals to remain safely and independently within their own home and community


Expected Outcomes

● Increased emotional support and reassurance

● Improved confidence, routine, and daily structure

● Reduced feelings of loneliness and isolation

● Enhanced emotional wellbeing and quality of life

● 8 hours of planned one-to-one support

Flexible Delivery

Support hours can be arranged to suit individual needs and routines, including:

● 4 × 2-hour visits

● 2 × 4-hour visits

● 1 full 8-hour day

● Or another agreed combination that best meets the individual’s needs


Professional Standards

All support is delivered in accordance with:

● Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) Standards of Conduct and Practice

● Safeguarding legislation and best practice

● Confidentiality and data protection requirements

● Person-centred values and professional boundaries

Travel

Travel

My services are designed to be enjoyed in your own home space.


Armagh City: Travel within Armagh City is free of charge.


Outside Armagh: A travel supplement of £3.50 will be applied for every additional 5 miles traveled beyond the city limits.
